Administrative Assistant:

 

Seeking motivated, professional and bilingual (English and Spanish) administrative and sales assistant.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting Sales Director and Operations Director in preparing quotations in Spanish and English, assisting with international accounts, providing excellent customer service, and attending sales meetings.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to a dynamic and result driven sales team.
  • Keep record of sales, expenses and sales proposal for prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain client relations

 

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, professional phone and e mail etiquette and the ability to work independently as well as on a team environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales or office administration
  • Advanced web-browsing skills
